To Receive a Refund: Fill out an RMA form and email it to contact@slenderizerdietpills.com. We will respond with your return authorization number which needs to be included on your shipping label. After we have received your unopened product(s), we will credit you the purchase amount less shipping costs & a 20% restocking fee.
